超短脉冲测量仪（扩展扫描范围）

IRA超短脉冲测量仪（扩展扫描范围）是专门为测量超快放大器和振荡器产生的超快辐射脉冲宽度和近对比度而开发的。还有一种特殊的IRA系统模型，适用于中红外激光源。IRA包括光学机械组件和电子设备与USB接口。系统易于操作，并包括一套完整的数据收集和分析用户友好的软件工具。逼近Gaussian和Sech2线性的也可以。光学机械组件由参考脉冲的额外延迟光学箱和机械套件组成。

采集和分析软件与Windows XP*兼容，USB驱动程序都包括在内。
